• What does an hour session involve?
Each tutor uses creative ways to motivate students in the subject of choice. A variety of learning tools and strategies are incorporated into each session.
• What if my child can not make his scheduled session?
Although we realize that conflicts arise periodically, you are responsible for your scheduled hourly session. If there are extenuating circumstances, please do not hesitate to call Susan or Beth. If possible, we will try to reschedule your child’s session that week. Any changes that must be made for weekend tutoring (Friday-Sunday) must be made prior to Friday.
• How do I pay?
We bill you monthly in advance and ask that you pay your monthly fees within ten days of receiving it. We do take VISA and MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. Please remember payment is due in advance in order for your child to be tutored.
• What if I want to discontinue the tutoring?
We require a two week notice to discontinue tutoring or you will be charged.
• What about inclement weather?
Please call the office at 886-4198 to see if we are open. We do not always follow the local school closings. • How will my child receive instruction?
All sessions are individualized and are one-one ratio with the teacher and student meeting together at least once a week. All tutoring sessions take place in our office located at 711 Westchester Drive in High Point.
